This is our first ever Yoga + Live Beats Retreat and we are PUMPED!

Here's the thing about ALL of our retreats: It is our goal to provide you with the space to get whatever you need. You can rest if you want to rest. You can do all the things if you want to do all the things.

You can count on us to bring you creative yoga movement, and meditation classes every single day.

What's different about this retreat you ask? Katie Monacelli with us supporting our classes with live music.

Sound heals. Your body and brain recognize and respond to certain tones, patterns, and frequencies often without you even realizing. We will use music and sound as a tool for moving energy in your daily flow and meditation. Come and be moved. Come and be restored. Come and get exactly what you've been needing, whatever that is!

You don't need to be "good at yoga" to join us! You just need to be down for a good flow and a good time!

PRICING

If you are participating in the retreat you will need to book directly through us. Booking the room separately will not include you in the retreat.

Click the Book Now button and it will prompt you to email me with your booking request. From there we will set up a payment plan. NOTE: As we get closer, payment plan options will change.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENT

To hold your room we will need a $500 deposit per person in each room.

We will need everything paid in full 30 days before the trip.

We are happy to set up payment plans if needed upon receiving your deposit.

Once we receive your initial inquiry we will send the waiver and request deposit.

Please note: all deposits and payments are non-refundable. We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to cover the cost of your flight and your trip.

FLIGHTS

You will book your own flights but transportation to and from the airport is covered in the cost of the retreat. To take advantage of the free transportation to and from the airport you will need to fly into Liberia, Costa Rica (LIR).

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT PASSPORTS: You will need a passport to travel.Please check your expiration date ASAP so you avoid having to expedite it. Customs does not like passports that are within a few months of expiring.

We do recommend you purchase travel insurance on your flight or a refundable/exchangeable flight because well, life happens.

COVID-19 + TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

All COVID travel requirements and restrictions have been lifted in both the US and Costa Rica.

Please keep yourself up to date on your home country's policies about re-entry after going to another country.
