F45 6 Week Yoga Challenge

Why Yoga
First of all, good for you for considering adding yoga to your training routine! It is undeniable that this practice changes bodies and minds. Let's be honest, you're probably not looking for an in depth explanation of where yoga began so I am going to simplify this into a few key benefits to you as an athlete and as a human and we can get to the rest another day:

Improved mind-body connection
less injury-prone and better recovery from workouts and injury.

Balanced flexibility and strength
Better functional mobility: better functional mobility means we move better everywhere in our lives, not just in the gym or on the mat.

Breath awareness
This will change your life and your workouts. Our breath links directly to a stronger core and a stronger mind...both of which we need for life and for lifting!
The Challenge
The 6-Week Yoga Challenge is intended to complement and enhance the results of your F45 45 Day Challenge AND, you don't have to be a current member of F45 to join us for yoga or to join the challenge.
We will use a functional flow to increase mind-body connection, strength, flexibility and ultimately mobility. All of these results lead us in the direction of less injury and quicker recovery from your workouts and injuries should they occur.
You can expect a flow between poses complimented by some longer, stretchy holds. You will be challenged, energized, and mobilized!
Just like your other workouts, you will get the most out of showing up consistently. That said we have two options and you can choose what works best: All 6 sessions for $100 or drop-ins for $20.
You don’t need to have prior experience with yoga and you do not need to be a member at F45.
All are welcome to join at any point!
